Verdant Computing website
Verdant Computing, an e-commerce operation out of Brooklyn NY, offers a wide selection of the eco-friendliest computer products and accessories that owner Carl Foner can find. The identity and website needed to reflect the technological nature of the products sold, but also provide a friendlier experience than the average computer site.
The site created by the zen kitchen featured a robust content-management system which not only allowed Carl to control inventory and post product descriptions, create product categories/subcategories and more, it also allowed Carl to post articles about green computing and qualify products against six separate green criteria. The product descriptions show the specific criteria that a specific product meets, and gives users an easy visual reference to make their purchasing decisions against. See the site in action here.
